Upon arrival, please check in at the Visitor's Center (grey building off Main parking lot) for your cabin assignment.

Check-in: 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
All cabin renters are permitted to check in between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm on the Thursday or Friday preceding the wedding day. Any arrivals beyond this timeframe must receive approval from Snow Pond's event coordinator. Late arrivals without prior approval will result in charges of $50.00 per guest, billed to the renter.
