
Thank you for your interest in renting a cabin at Snow Pond Center for the Arts during the weekend of September 5-7, 2025. Please read the following guidelines about that weekend, and be sure that you can adhere to all of them before booking your cabin.
One Bedroom Cabin, Sleeps Maximum of 2 - $200 per night.
Two Bedroom Cabin, Sleeps Maximum of 4 - $275 per night.
Dog Surcharge - $25
- There is a 2 night minimum for a rental. A full brunch will be provided each morning in the Lodge.
- Parking for cabin guests is included in the rental fee. Guest parking will be at or adjacent to your cabin.
- Renters must have tickets to at least one of the concerts at the Bowl in the Pines that weekend (Maren Morris, Govt Mule & Moe).
- The maximum number of guests per cabin is based on the bed size available.
- Check-in times will be 10:00 am-2:00 pm. If you cannot check-in during these times, you will need to wait to check-in after the concert due to limited staffing once the concert venue opens.
- Guests will have access to the property for recreation (hiking, canoeing and kayaking, etc).
- Check-out time on day of departure will be no later than 11:00 am
- Guests will be required to bring their own linens (sheets, blankets, pillows, towels). Bed sizes will be included in the reservation agreement.
- Cabin guest ability to drive off campus once the event parking opens will be significantly restricted, so plan accordingly.
